CSU vs. CSSZ Football Match ⚽

We’re taking on CSSZ (Czech and Slovak Students in Zurich) in a friendly football match at ETH Hönggerberg. It’s a chance to get the two Czech & Slovak communities in Zurich together on one pitch.

📅 When: Thursday, 22 October 2026, 18:00–20:00 📍 Where: ETH Hönggerberg, ASVZ artificial turf / grass pitch. The exact pitch is still waiting on booking confirmation, so check back for an update. 🚌 Getting there: Take the bus to the ETH Hönggerberg stop. The ASVZ sports facilities are on campus.

What to expect

A friendly match. Players of every level are welcome, and women are very welcome to play. Beer, drinks and snacks are included. Not playing? Come along to watch, cheer us on and have a beer with both communities.

What to bring

Sports clothes and football boots (suitable for artificial turf) or sports shoes Shin guards, if you have them A water bottle A warm layer for after the match, because October evenings get chilly

Registration: If you’d like to play, please sign up through the registration form so the organisers know how many people to expect and how much food and drink to bring. You don’t need to register to come and watch.
