NeverBanked Workshop Webinar

Breaking into investment banking in Switzerland is notoriously hard to figure out from the outside; the process, the expectations, and what actually sets candidates apart rarely get explained clearly. That's exactly the gap Nico aims to close in this session. Drawing on nearly five years in Large Cap M&A at UBS Zurich, where he screened over 1,500 CVs and sat on the other side of the table in more than 150 interviews, he'll walk you through how recruiting really works across Swiss and European IB, what interviewers are actually looking for, the personal fit questions that quietly decide who gets the offer, and how to handle technical questions confidently under pressure. Whether you're just starting to explore finance or already preparing for internship applications, this session will give you a clear, practical roadmap for what to focus on next.
