HSG Cheer Prep Team - 5 Week Beginner Workshop

Become a cheerleader at university 💚

Looking for something new at HSG? Our new Prep Team is the easiest way to try HSG Cheer — make new friends, get a great workout in, learn a new sport & grow together as a team. 😊 Especially if you’re new at HSG, it’s the perfect way to meet people and find your uni girl community while doing something fun outside of classes.

And no worries — the team will be full of beginners! No previous cheer or sports experience needed. We’ll teach you everything from the beginning. 🫶🏻

What are the practices like?

Over 5 Tuesday practices, you’ll learn cheer basics, stunts & a routine together — all leading up to your first Volley Night performance. Expect a proper full-body workout, similar in intensity to a good gym session — while training, having fun & socializing with your team.

Basically: workout + social life in one. 🎀

Kick off the semester together 🪩

Before our first practice, we’ll meet at the Semester Opening @ Trischli on 23.09. ✨ You’ll get a VIP bracelet + access to our HSG Cheer Team Lounge — the perfect chance to meet everyone and celebrate the start of the semester with your new team. 🥂💚
