The Impulse Summit is a student-run sports business conference held annually at SQUARE. Organized by the Impulse Network, it brings together around 300 participants from sport, business, politics, and academia to discuss the future of the sports industry.
The 2026 edition, taking place on 29. - 30. October, is themed #RedefiningBoundaries and explores how technological, financial, and cultural shifts are influencing the global sports industry as it undergoes massive commercial transformation that is reshaping competitions, investments, and the roles of athletes. Our main theme #RedefiningBoundaries tackles the core challenge of navigating this rapid evolution while preserving the industry's integrity, fairness, and long-term sustainability. Over two days, experts, students, and innovators engage in interactive panels, workshops, and networking sessions relating to Competition Formats, Commercial Value / Media & Technology, Ownership & Capital, Governance & Hosting, and Athlete’s Role.
