Cheer Open Practice – 15.9. - For Beginners 🎀

Come join us for a fun workout with other girls from uni! 💚🎀 Tuesday, 15.9., 18:20-20:10, HSG Sports Hall

Everyone at this Open Practice will be a beginner, so there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. We’ll teach you everything step by step. Just come along, meet new girls and see if cheer is for you 😊

We’ll do:

• Full-body exercises
• Beginner-friendly stunting
• Cheerleading basics
• Stretching

What to wear and bring:

• A comfortable gym outfit (most girls wear shorts or leggings with a sports bra or shirt)
• Clean indoor shoes
• A water bottle
• hair tied together
• No jewellery

Please plan enough time to find the sports hall, get changed and be ready when practice starts.

The first two Open Practices are free just register here on UniClubs and come try it out! Afterwards, you can decide whether you’d like to join our Beginner Prep Team or get the CHF 15 semester club membership, which includes all further Open Practices and workshops. You can find both sign-ups here on UniClubs—the Prep Team is listed under Events.

Already signed up for Prep Team? Amazing! We definitely recommend joining the Open Practices too. It's a great way to get some extra practice in before we start.

We’re so excited and are really looking forward to meeting you! 💚😊
